ErgonArmor works with asphalt product manufacturers to custom design base emulsions to achieve desired stability, viscosity and cure time properties.

Our product range includes:

• Ertech 10, an anionic, chemical asphaltic base emulsion that is stable and has a low viscosity suitable for formulating metal coatings products.
• Ertech 20, an anionic, clay-based asphaltic base emulsion that is very stable and has a high viscosity. It accepts a variety of fillers and serves a base for metal and general-purpose coatings products.
• Ertech 3000SBC, an anionic, chemical asphaltic base emulsion that is very stable and has a medium viscosity. It accepts a variety of polymers and serves as a base for waterproofing products.
• Ertech 6000, an anionic, chemical asphaltic base emulsion that has a low viscosity. It has a rapid cure and serves as a base for waterproofing products.
