ErgonArmor knows the steel frames and substructures of manufactured housing units need to be protected against corrosion at cost-effective price points. Our products help you achieve that goal with easy-to-apply solutions.

Our product range includes:

• Ertech 2037, a water-based asphaltic emulsion designed to be a coating for metal corrosion protection. It is nonflammable, low VOC and worker friendly. Its low viscosity yields a 20 mil wet film build.
• Ertech 2031LV, a water-based asphaltic emulsion designed to be a coating for metal corrosion protection. 2031LV is nonflammable, low VOC and worker friendly. It contains a higher viscosity and solids content compared to Ertech 2037, which yields a 20+ mil wet film build.
• Blackhawk 5157, an asphalt cutback engineered to be easy to use and store. This very low viscosity material applies at 5-10 wet mils and acts as a metal anti-corrosion frame paint with an attractive black gloss appearance.
• Blackhawk 5200 is an asphalt cutback with increased gel structure. The gel structure allows for increased wet film build up to 40 mils.
