Process Vessels and Towers

Critical path process vessels require extended reliability to handle the aggressive reactions taking place. ErgonArmor - Corrosion Engineering brick mortars, membranes, polymer linings and Novocoat high performance novolac epoxy linings are proven to handle some of the most aggressive chemistry and temperatures such as concentrated sulfuric acid, hot brine make up tanks running at 250 degrees F and molten sulfur pits using our silicate concrete over flexible membranes. High temperature applications up to 2350F are handled by some of our silicate mortars while lower temperatures are slated to use one of our resinous furan or vinyl ester mortars.
