The chassis and frames that RVs are built on need protection against corrosion caused by moisture and road de-icing agents. The surfaces of these chassis and frames are often contaminated with oily residue during application of the corrosion protection coating. ErgonArmor offers exactly that type of protection at cost-effective price points.

Our product range includes:

• Ertech products such as Ertech 2031LV, 2030 and 2010, asphaltic water-based emulsions that are designed for general metal corrosion protection. These products are non-flammable, low VOC and worker friendly. These products are available in three viscosity grades allowing firms build from 20 to 60 wet film thicknesses.
• Blackhawk products 5157 and 5200 are asphalt cutbacks engineered to be easy to use and store. The 5157 is a very low viscosity material applied at 5-10 wet film build and acts as metal anti-corrosion frame paint with a pleasing black gloss appearance. Blackhawk 5200 has an increased gel structure. The gel structure allows for increased wet film build up to 40 mils. This increase in film adds vibrations dampening and film durability.
